Job Description:

This position will encompass the responsibilities of counseling. The person will provide counseling to the families of the babies we serve and to the community.

Duties (including, but not limited to):

-Deliver direct patient services

-Perform Intakes

-Coordinate and oversee support groups

-Maintain records

-Weekly updates to charts

-Discharge planning

-Serve on Quality Control Committee

-Facilitate groups

-Ensure individualized care

-Develop specialized treatment plan on individual basis

-Referral to other programs as needed

-Help create an aftercare plan

-Conduct individual, couples and family counseling sessions as needed

-Provide crisis intervention as needed

Chain of Command:

The Counselor reports to the Executive Director

Education Requirements:

Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or higher

Preferred experience:

Substance Use Disorders

Trauma Informed Care

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Random drug testing required.

Background checks required.​

Development Associate

Job Description:

The Development Associate will be part of the development team at Lily’s Place, working primarily on marketing communications, fundraising, and events. The Development Associate will work 24 hours per week.

Duties (including, but not limited to):

-Social media management​

-Website updates

-Data entry

-Correspondence with donors

-Speaking engagements

-Grant research

-Assist with quarterly newsletter

-Attend community events

-Assist with event planning

Chain of Command:

The Development Associate works with the development team and reports to the Director of Development

Experience & Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proficient in social media

Exceptional communication skills

Random drug testing required.

Job Description: 

The receptionist position will work at the Lily’s Place Children’s Center and will be part of the children’s services team. This is a fulltime position, Monday through Friday, with some early evening hours.


-Serves visitors by greeting,  welcoming, and directing them appropriately

-Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival

-Answers and makes telephone calls

-Maintains security by following procedures

-Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
